My office is located in downtown Charlottetown, PEI.
I offer counselling therapy to people of all ages for a variety of psychological issues and mental health concerns. Common issues that bring people to counselling include anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma and workplace stress. Symptoms such as constant worrying, sleep disturbances, racing mind, mood swings, or irritability can be indicators of high stress or other mental health issues. In the privacy and comfort of my office, clients can explore their problems, develop healthy coping strategies, and discover workable solutions. I take a holistic health and wellness approach to my counselling practice emphasizing self-care as well as psychological education that promotes the development and maintenance of healthier ways of being. I am now certified in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy (TIYT™). TIYT™ is a method of teaching yoga that promotes improved self-regulation and symptom management for anxiety, trauma/PTSD, depression, addiction issues and more. I have flexible office hours, including some evening appointments.
Corporate and group workshops on stress management, mindfulness, and other wellness-related topics are also available.
